Booking Policy

Cancellation Policy:

You have the flexibility to cancel or modify your appointment free of charge up to 3 hours before your scheduled time.

Cancellations made with less than 3 hours' notice are categorized as "Late Cancellations," and a charge equivalent to 50% of the service fee will apply, unless you reschedule for the same day.

Please note that appointments booked within 5 hours of the scheduled time are still subject to the Cancellation Policy.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to cancel and not showing up for your appointment will be deemed a "No Show." In such cases, the full price of the scheduled service will be charged.

Confirmation Text Policy:

To secure your appointment, please respond to the confirmation text sent 24 hours before your scheduled time. Failure to respond may result in the appointment slot being allocated to another client.
