Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be canceled or modified up to 3 hours before the scheduled time at no charge.

Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, unless rescheduled for the same day.

Appointments booked within 5 hours of the scheduled time are still subject to this policy.

No-Show Policy

Failure to cancel and not arriving for your appointment will result in a charge for the full service amount.

Same-Day Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled to another time on the same day without penalty.

Appointment Confirmation

A confirmation text is sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please respond to confirm. Unconfirmed appointments may be released.
