You should always lightly exfoliate, shave or wax 24 hours prior to the application. Only apply to clean dry skin. Spray multiple light coals in concentric circles allowing each coat to dry. For the best results use a tanning mitt or glove to smooth in. Wash palms after use. Allow to completely dry before getting dressed. Do not exercise, swim, sweat or shower tor a minimum or four hours after application. Your tan will darken the longer you wait to shower
